Users often complain that the life of the air filter is too short. There are three main reasons: first, the area of the filter material in the air filter is too small or the dust holding capacity per unit area is too small; second, the filter efficiency of the pre-filter is biased. Low; in addition, the user's expectations for filter life are too high.
For the first reason, switching to a filter with a large filter area can significantly extend the service life, but there is not much room for those practices, and you cannot increase the filter area indefinitely. It is best to take this into account when designing. Once the project is completed, it is cumbersome to retrofit the filtration system to extend the service life. In many projects, users are required to minimize the space occupied by the air conditioning system, or in the process of price reduction, the supplier will use cheap filters to reduce costs. The supplier chooses a suitable filter with small space. The air filter meets the requirements for air purification at the time of acceptance, but since the filter material area of the filter is too small, the service life of the filter cannot be prolonged.
